They may be called Repeater, but the Long Beach, California band are not prone to the countless repetition of copy cat groups you hear every day. The five piece’s unique sound is a combination of haunting vocals, art rock guitars, pounding drums, driving bass and ambient, moving keyboards. Most notably identified as a live show band, their vibrant lights illuminate the stage while the orchestrated power and member chemistry capture audiences at every performance.

They recently completed their debut LP We Walk From Safety with producer Ross Robinson (The Cure, The Klaxons, At-The Drive In), an interesting listen from start to finish as the group musically conjure up textures Ala Mew and The Cure with a vocal presence that has a dynamic range from the aggression of The Deftones to the soothing softness of Sigur Ros. Resurrecting his legendary label I Am Recordings which started the careers of groups like The Blood Brothers, Slipknot and Glassjaw, Robinson is releasing the bands latest 3 song Patterns EP, along with the group’s own White Label Collective as they search for a home for their LP.
